Alex combines a degree in Youth and Community Development with hands-on experience in grassroots coaching. Passionate about nurturing talent and building strong teams, he brings expertise in training, development, and community engagement. His focus on growth and learning helps our football coaching app connect with players and coaches alike.
Chris Balicki
Co-founder, Infrastructure
Chris brings extensive experience in implementing new technology and driving program management best practices. Technically minded and highly organised, he ensures smooth delivery of projects, monitors timelines, and keeps stakeholders aligned. His expertise helps our football coaching app evolve effectively, meeting both user needs and business goals.
Sean Baker
Sales Consultant
Sean is a seasoned business development leader with expertise in sales, partnerships, and operations across higher education and technology. With a proven track record in driving growth and building client relationships, he brings commercial insight and strategic vision to our football coaching app, helping us expand reach and impact.
How it all began
Alex encouraged his 9-year-old son, Felix, to join a local football team. The team was incredibly inclusive, welcoming Felix with open arms, and he quickly settled in. As the weeks went by, Felix’s skills improved, and his love for the game grew stronger with every practice and match.
As the season progressed, Alex decided to become a coach to support the team and his son. At first, he wasn’t quite sure what to do, so he turned to books and sought advice from the more experienced coaches. Wanting to provide even better guidance, Alex tried using an app designed to help coaches, but nothing quite fit their needs.
Determined to make a difference, Alex teamed up with his brother Chris, and together they began developing their own app tailored specifically for coaching youth football. Their goal was to create a tool that was easy to use and truly helpful for coaches and players alike.
Soon after, Sean joined the project, assisting with testing and further development. With Sean’s help, they refined the system into the user-friendly app it is today.
Meanwhile, Felix plays football with the same joy, enjoying every kick, pass, and goal. Each moment on the field is filled with excitement and laughter, making the game unforgettable. With a supportive team, dedicated coaches, and an innovative app that makes learning fun, Felix’s love for football grows stronger.
At the same time, Alex’s coaching skills have improved, creating more engaging training sessions. Together, they turn football into a joyful adventure where learning and play blend. Felix’s football journey is just starting, and with the focus on fun, the future looks bright for all involved.
